New Life TeethYour Patient Guide

The question worth asking

Who actually makes your new teeth?

At many clinics, the design and manufacture of your teeth is outsourced to a remote laboratory. At New Life Teeth, we have our own laboratory, under the same roof as our surgical team — and every final bridge is designed and milled in-house.

Real-time collaboration

One team, around one patient

Our dental technicians work directly alongside our surgeons and restorative clinicians throughout your treatment journey — using your scans, bite records and feedback from your trial teeth.

Scans reviewed together

Your scans are reviewed by clinician and technician side by side, not exchanged over email.

Planned as one system

Implant positions are planned alongside the final prosthetic design — the teeth lead the plan.

Chosen for your face

Tooth shape, shade and proportions are selected specifically for your face, from 19 available shades.

Precision bite

Bite relationships are assessed with precision at every stage, from temporaries to final fit.

Every stage, made here

From surgery-day temporaries to your final bridge

On the day of surgery, while you rest, our on-site laboratory prepares your fixed temporary PMMA teeth — so you go home with teeth the same day. The same team designs your trial teeth from your scans and photogrammetry records, refines them with your feedback, and only then mills your final Prettau® Zirconia bridge.

The final smile is the result of one integrated clinical and technical team working together around you.

Our material partner

Prettau® Zirconia was developed by Zirkonzahn, a dental technology company based in South Tyrol, Italy, renowned for its pioneering work in zirconia and digital dentistry.
